Return Process

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it in a padded mailer to ensure the silver remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
